Meredith T. Overholt, MD

Dr. Overholt obtained her Medical Degree and her Residency training in Dermatology from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. She is Board Certified in Dermatology since 1995 and a Fellow in the American Academy of Dermatology. She has been practicing in Houston since 1995, and in Knoxville since July 1997, first with The Allergy, Asthma, and Sinus Center and then as founder of the Skin Wellness Center. In addition to her clinical dermatology practice, she added medical aesthetics and cosmetics to the services provided in 2000.

Kimberly K. Grande, MD

Dr. Grande obtained her Medical Degree from The University of Nebraska. She completed her Internship at Memorial Medical Center in Savannah, Georgia and her Dermatology Residency in 1999 at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. Dr. Grande practiced in Texas until 2001 when she joined Dr. Overholt in Knoxville and co-founded The Skin Wellness Center. In addition to her clinical dermatology practice, she has interests in Aesthetic Dermatology and also in participating in Clinical Trials of new drugs and/or their applications.

Janet McClanahan, PA-C

Ms. McClanahan is a Knoxville native. She graduated from The University of Tennessee in 2001 and from South University’s Physician Assistant program in 2005. She joined The Skin Wellness Center as a Board Certified Physician Assistant in 2005. In addition to clinical dermatology, Janet’s skills and interests include aesthetic dermatology, in particular, Sclerotherapy and injectables such as Botox and Restylane.

Danielle Bernard, PA

Mrs. Bernard graduated from University of Delaware in 1992 with a B.A. in Biology, and from Emory University in Atlanta in 1994 with a Masters of Medical Science and Physician Assistant Degree. In addition to joining the practice in 2008, has a background in Infectious Disease and Family Practice. Dani is currently accepting clinical dermatology patients.

Lindsay Greer Frazier BSN, MSN, FNP-BC

Lindsay is a Knoxville native. In 2007, she obtained her undergraduate Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. While working on her Master’s degree, she gained experience working as an RN in a Surgical Intensive Care Unit at Princeton Baptist Hospital in Birmingham. In 2009, she completed the Family Nurse Practitioner Program at Samford University and graduated with her Master’s of Science in Nursing. After getting married in August, she moved back from Birmingham and joined the Skin Wellness Center as a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner in September of 2009. She is trained in both medical and aesthetic dermatology. Lindsay is currently accepting new patients, both in Medical and Aesthetic Dermatology, including Botox, Juvederm and sclerotherapy.

Leslie Cardwell, LPN, FAAM

Leslie Cardwell is a Licensed Practical Nurse since 1993. Leslie has over ten years experience as a Skin Care Specialist with The Skin Wellness Center. Her extensive experience and Board Certification through the American Academy of Micropigmentation allows Leslie to perform all types of permanent cosmetics, as well as, Botox and Juvederm Injections, Fraxel laser treatments, Cutera lasers( including Titan and IPL) and Sclerotherapy. Leslie also individualizes custom skin care plans in order to meet her patients needs.

Nicki Pratt, RMA, Skin Care Consultant

Nicki's nursing career began seven years ago. She started clinicals at a family practice during high school and soon obtained a nursing position for two years. She also attended Pellissippi State Community College for two years.

One of Nicki's best qualities is her knowledge in not only cosmetic dermatology, but also medical dermatology. Nicki has over 5 years experience in dermatology.

She began working for The Skin Wellness Center as a medical dermatology nurse assisting the physicians for two years. After working one on one with Janet McClanahan, PA-C on both medical and cosmetic dermatology issues, she was promoted to a Cosmetic Provider.

Nicki is thorough and honest and can recommend the best treatments for all your dermatology needs. She provides realistic expectations of what can be achieved, the most up to date information on cosmetic procedures and the best products for your skin care needs.

Pam McGill, Aesthetician

Pam McGill is a Knoxville native. She graduated from the Tennessee School of Beauty in 2001.

Pam is a licensed aesthetician. She is passionate about skin care and enjoys helping others with their skin care needs.

Pam provides many services to help with sun damage, broken capillaries, unwanted hair, acne, fine lines and wrinkles. She stresses good basic skin care.

Kimberley Gateman, LPN, CCRC

Kimberly received her Practical Nursing License from Coastal Carolina Community College, Jacksonville, NC in 1998. Her Experience includes: Med/Surg Nursing, Hospice and Dermatology. She started doing research in 2001 and received her Clinical Research Certification in 2003 from the Association of Clinical Research Professionals. She has coordinated multiple studies to include the treatment of Allergic Rhinitis, Seasonal Allergies, Asthma, Psoriasis, Acne, Rosacea, Onychomycosis, Eczema, Atopic Dermatitis, Actinic Keratosis and Melasma. She belongs to the Dermatology Nurses Association and the Association of Clinical Research professionals.
